Who can attend NZOQ training?
NZOQ training is open to people working in or moving into quality and related roles across a wide range of industries. Most courses have no formal prerequisites. You do not need to be a member to register, but NZOQ members receive discounted rates.
What training formats are available?
Training is available in face-to-face, online, distance learning, and in-house formats, depending on the course. The DipQA is completed by distance learning, while Internal Auditor training is available face-to-face and through OLIA+.
Can NZOQ deliver training for my organisation?
Yes. NZOQ can deliver in-house training and offer group pricing for multiple registrations. Make a training enquiry to discuss your requirements and request a quote.
Does NZOQ training cover ISO standards?
Some NZOQ courses cover ISO standards where relevant. For example, Internal Auditor training draws on ISO 19011 guidance for auditing management systems and the relevant requirements of ISO 9001. NZOQ also offers training across a range of quality methods and approaches.
How does the Diploma in Quality Assurance work?
The DipQA is a two-year part-time distance learning programme. Year 1 covers core quality knowledge and skills, while Year 2 builds on these with more advanced topics. Year 1 replaces the former Certificate in Quality Assurance (CQA).
Will I receive a certificate?
Participants who complete NZOQ courses receive a certificate of completion where applicable. This is separate from NZOQ professional certification.
How do I register?
Course dates, rates, and registration links are listed on each course page. NZOQ members receive discounted rates, and group pricing may be available.
