This one-day Managing Integrated Systems workshop develops practical approaches to coordinating quality, environmental, health and safety, and other management system requirements. It focuses on system effectiveness, audit programme management, and using performance information to set priorities for continual improvement.

The workshop is intended for people who have completed Internal Auditor training, Lead Auditor training, or equivalent management system auditing training. It builds on existing audit knowledge rather than introducing basic auditing techniques.

Course programme

Manage multiple disciplines as one system

This practical workshop is for people responsible for quality, environmental, health and safety, risk, or other management system disciplines, including process owners, system managers, and experienced internal auditors.

Participants work individually and in groups to examine system performance, audit priorities, reporting, and opportunities for improvement. Organisations may register several participants where a shared approach would support more consistent system management.
