Quality Assurance in Construction
The course is designed for people who plan, supervise, inspect, or record construction work, including site and project engineers, supervisors, and forepersons. It explains how project requirements are translated into quality plans, inspection and test plans, inspection records, and handover documentation.

Effective construction quality management depends on planned controls, clear acceptance criteria, reliable records, and timely action when work does not meet requirements. These practices help demonstrate that completed work conforms to the contract documents, approved plans and specifications, and other applicable requirements.
This practical one-day course uses construction examples and case studies to show how quality assurance and quality control operate on site. Participants who complete the course receive a certificate of completion.
