Quality management helps organisations improve processes, meet requirements, and achieve more consistent performance. NZOQ was established in 1977 by quality practitioners, educators, and industry representatives who saw the need for a national professional society for quality.
Today, NZOQ supports people and organisations through training, membership, professional certification, and access to quality information and resources. Our role is to help people build knowledge and practical skills they can apply in their work.
Members bring knowledge and experience from a wide range of industries and sectors, which they share through branches, events, publications, and professional networks.
