Quality Systems Auditing (brochure)
This course is intended for people with a sound background in quality systems who want to become involved in second party (supplier) or third party (certification body) audits.
The course includes a high level of participant involvement through discussions, role plays and case studies based on actual situations that are used to reinforce the concepts and provide practice in applying them. The course and course examination is provided under licence from ACI Global Pty. Ltd and is registered with RABQSA International number LA 1077. This course meets the training requirements component for both RABQSA and IRCA approved auditor registration programmes.
Satisfactory completion of the registered course with a pass in the end of the course examinations meets both the RABQSA and IRCA educational requirements that form part of the requirement for international recognition as a quality systems auditor.

Tony was a founding member of the NZOQ, and retains his link with committee membership. His industrial and quality management experience in training and consultancy spans some 40 years in many Countries. Tony has presented courses to over forty different nationalities and cultures.
He is also a member and adviser to the New Zealand Safety Council, Board member of several companies including the Institute of Accredited Business Consultants.
He is an accredited APEC Consultant and Trainer.

Materials
A full set of course notes is included in the course fee together with a set of relevant NZS/ISO 9000 standards and NZS / ISO NZ ISO 19011 guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems Auditing. The pre-course readings are sent separately.
Pre-requisite Knowledge
All delegates are expected to have an understanding of the content, application and implementation of quality systems and ISO 9000. PreÐcourse readings covering these topics will be provided prior to the course commencement.
Course Examinations
The satisfactory completion of this course and a pass in the course examination fulfils the academic requirements for RABQSA and IRCA auditor/lead auditor registration. To be registered as an Auditor or Lead Auditor candidates must also meet the practical and experience requirements set down by the registration bodies.
Auditor Registration Requirements
To meet RABQSA and IRCA requirements, course candidates must:
- Pass a written two hour examination at the conclusion of the course (Friday afternoon) and
- Meet the continuous assessment criteria related to attitude, performance and time keeping related to the course objectives and assessed daily by tutors. Competency Standards are also covered.
- Meet all requirements for industrial and audit skills as defined by the registration body.

General Information
- Morning, afternoon teas and lunches are included in the course fee.
- As each of these courses have a high workshop content, the numbers are limited to 20 for each course.
- A cancellation fee of 20% applies for all cancellations made two weeks prior to the course dates. A cancellation fee of 60% applies for cancellations made after this. Substitutions may be made at any time.
